Return Policy

Our goal at Fegnion is to offer our clients 100% satisfaction.  However, due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If for any reason your order is incorrect or incomplete we will refund or replace your order.

Our goal at Fegnion is to have all our feline clients enjoy the benefits of consuming our products.  Fegnion guarantees all our products are of a superb quality. Human patience and persistence are the key to your cat’s successful transition. Every cat can be transitioned. They are genetically programmed and biologically and physiologically designed to eat raw.

At this time, no refunds will be issued for frozen products.

Please DO NOT REFUSE your FedEx delivery for any reason as you will be charged for the return shipping fee.  Accept the package and notify us immediately.

It is imperative that you notify us immediately if the package is missing, it shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, or it was damaged in transit.  We may require a detailed explanation of the damaged product and may request photographs before making any credit or adjustment to your Fegnion account. Any complaints received after 24 hours of recorded FedEx delivery will not guarantee a refund.
