HOW WE SHIP DELICIOUS

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT YOU CAN SHIP?

Minimum order for shipping is 3 pounds when you choose our Small Shipping Package.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via FedEx. Orders are shipped on Mondays from Brooklyn, NY.

For safe transport of your frozen Fegnion order, we use insulated boxes which are filled with frozen gel packs, dry ice, or both.

 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via FedEx.

Orders must be placed by Friday 2 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) to allow for processing time and delivery the following Monday.

We do not ship on Mondays which fall on holidays. Your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Upon the receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation number and the projected date your order will be shipped. You will be able to track your FedEx order using the tracking number provided.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

At this time, we only ship within the Continental U.S. excluding APO/PO Boxes.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES?

 Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped on Mondays from Brooklyn, NY .  It is important to realize that no matter where you live you must choose a delivery method that will ensure delivery in a timely manner. Fegnion will not ship packages in a time frame that will compromise the integrity of its product. You must place your order by Friday 2 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) in order for it to be shipped the following Monday.

 Transit Times:

Maximum transit time for your order should not exceed 2 days.

Please choose the shipping method accordingly for the safest delivery of your Fegnion order.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR IT CAME DAMAGED?

It is imperative that you notify us immediately if your package is missing,  it shows that it was delivered but you haven’t received it, or it was damaged in transit.  Please DO NOT REFUSE FedEx delivery for any reason as you will be charged for the return shipping fee.  Accept the package and notify us immediately.

We may require a detailed explanation of the damaged product and may request photographs before making any credit or adjustment to your Fegnion account. Any complaints received after 24 hours of recorded Fedex delivery will not guarantee a refund.

 

MY FOOD CAME THAWED. IS IT OK TO USE IT?

Yes. Once you receive the package, please open it immediately and inspect it for any discrepancies. If everything is acceptable, store it in the freezer for future use.  Some containers may be slightly thawed but still frozen which it’s normal and safe to freeze. You may also decide to place single containers in the refrigerator for immediate use which should be consumed by your cat within 2-3 days.

 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

You do not have to be at the delivery address to sign for your package. However, we highly advise that you or someone designated by you is at the address you provided to receive the package. We take strict measures in delivering our perishable product to you in a safe and timely manner and expect you to act accordingly.  You may also let us know if you have any special instructions for FedEx in the event you are not there to receive your package by filling out the message text box at the Checkout. In such cases, if you or your alternate receiver is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be left at your door.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.  The cut off time is Monday at 1 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST).

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through PayPal. Please note that you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account in order to use this service. Simply choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with your Credit or Debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will not be sent until the payment has been received. If you are having technical issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please contact us so we can be of assistance. We will work with you to accommodate your needs to ensure that you have a successful purchase.
